The year 1990 marked the beginning of a dramatic change in its physical plant and facility outlook and prospects. More buildings were constructed to accommodate the growing population, especially in the College of Business, wherein standard classrooms, modernized laboratory were put-up, air-conditioned libraries and auditorium, gymnasium and other recreational facilities were provided.

On November 10, 2003 the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) granted the Level II 2nd Reaccredited Status for 5 years to Commerce major in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Management and Management Accounting Programs.

It shall constantly advocate values, promote and spearhead researches and other development that would lead to better quality of life.

Concerned with attainment of the highest quality of life for each individual, the college shall produce value oriented, socially and intellectually balanced graduates who shall be major contributor to the advancement of new technology as their contribution to national building.

The faculty are provided with seminars/conferences to widen their horizons in their field of specialization and thus be an effective agent of change. In addition, re-training, re-orientation among faculty members and administrators were held bi-annually to enhance faculty competencies in teaching and strengthen work relationship with management.

Students are provided with several learning activities like symposium, conferences sponsored by the different societies namely Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, Managerial Society, Junior Entrepreneur Marketing Association, Computer Management Society, Junior Philippine Association of Management Accounting and Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration under the umbrella of BSC-BSC-PASOA Council. Students and officers were given opportunities for leadership trainings and supported the community extension services to the university’s adapted barangays, Casile and Sto. Niño, Home for the Aged, Tahanan ni Maria Foundation.
