Must be a graduate of Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing or any Business related course; with extensive Marketing experience preferably in a school setting; ability to create & handle marketing strategies; with excellent oral & written communication skills

Must be a graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or its equivalent, with extensive background in performing duties equivalent to the class of Housekeeping services, knowledge of methods, materials, & equipment used in institutional Housekeeping work & can direct & train others

Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of working experience in Land Development; must have wide exposures in vertical/ horizontal construction; Knowledge in AutoCAD & ability to use surveying instruments are big advantage; Must be willing to assign in different locations
