Strengthening Academic Excellence: UPHSL Partners with RGO Psychology Review Center through the Office of International and External Affairs
The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna – International and External Affairs Office formally facilitated the partnership between the RGO Psychology Review Center and UPHSL on March 24, 2026, held at the Basic Education Mini Auditorium. The event commenced with a warm welcome message from Dr. Josefa G. Carrillo, Director for International and External Affairs, who emphasized the importance of strategic collaborations in enhancing student development and academic excellence.
This was followed by an inspiring message from the partner institution, delivered by Ms. Maerrol O. Canada, Owner of RGO Psychology Review Center.
