Iskolar Ng Biñan (INB) General Assembly and
the Puto Latik Grand Parade

Last first week of February 2016, the City of Biñan had a weeklong celebration of its Cityhood and Liberation Day.  Part of the celebration was the first ever Iskolar Ng Biñan (INB) General Assembly and the Puto Latik Grand Parade wherein the Iskolar ng Biñan of UPHSL together with their Adviser, the University Registrar, Ms. Remina L. Tanyag participated in the said event.

In line with the preparation, the INB secretariat, Ms.Rose Ann Gonzales from the office of the City Mayor, called for an election to all the Presidents and Vice Presidents of different INB participating schools to form an organization who will lead all the INBs.  The said organization was named Iskolar ng Biñan - Council of Representatives (INB-COR) wherein the President of the Iskolar ng Biñan – UPHSL, Ms.Lyra Angelica Sarmiento, was elected as the Chairperson.

    • Medical Certificate (for Maritime and HRM enrollees)
    • Drug Test result (for Maritime and Criminology enrollees)
    • Ishihara and Audiometry Test result (for Maritime enrollees)
    • Six (6) pcs. mail envelopes with stamps
  • Transferees
    • Certificate of Transfer
    • Copy of Grades for Evaluation
    • Official Transcript of Records (copy for UPHSL)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)
    • Four (4) pcs latest ID picture (2x2)
    • Medical Certificate (for Maritime and HRM enrollees)

    • Copy of Academic Records from previous school
  • Policies on the Issuance of Records
    • Accomplished request form and appropriate clearance must be presented
    • Payment for pertinent fees
    • Except for Diploma and Transcript of Records, request must be released not later than one (1) week upon date of filing.
    • Documents must be released only to the person concerned.  In the event that the person cannot personally claim his requested document/s, a written letter of authorization and his identification card must accompany the claiming the documents.
  • Policies on Graduation
    • Only those students who complied and finished the academic and non-academic requirements will be eligible for graduation
    • Only those students who have no deficiency can join the commencement exercises.
