Level 1 Accreditation status was awarded in 1999 and in 2002, the college received confirmation for level 2 formal accreditation level by the same accrediting agency, in 2004 the college received its confirmation Level-II 1st re-accreditation status. The recent recognition received by the college was in 2009 where it received confirmation for Level II 2nd re-accreditation status, the highest accreditation level in the health science community and the highest accreditation level for schools offering Medical Technology course in Laguna.
The College of Medical Technology with its commitment in the delivery of quality education have undergone a series of accreditation and re-accreditation to ensure its clients and the parents, that only the best education will be provided to them. The college is now enjoying the benefits embodied in CHED Memorandum Order no. 31, series of 1995 “The Policies on Voluntary Accreditation in Aid of quality and excellence in Higher Education”.

Mission
The College of Medical Technology endeavors to produce graduates who are locally and globally competitive, research oriented, equipped with knowledge and technical skills needed in the performance of their duties and Christ centered professionals with great social concern and commitment to the delivery of quality health care using the reputable Medical Technology Education program of the University.
Objectives
- Cognitive characteristics – knowledge and information based as well as the reasoning ability to use such knowledge.
- Technical characteristics – the psychomotor skills that allow to ascertain information about the patients and to perform various types of good quality laboratory examinations.
- Attitudinal characteristics – the Perpetualite values namely: Love of God, Love of Neighbor, Love of Country, Compassion and Helpfulness, Pursuance of Academic and Professional excellence, Health and Environmental Consciousness, Filipino Christian Leadership and Global Solidarity.
- Psychosocial characteristics – interpersonal skills which enable one to communicate and interact with peers, patients and other health care personnel locally and globally.
- Independent Learning characteristics – the resourcefulness and enthusiasm that will help them to research and pursue both academic and non-academic excellence in life.
