In a vibrant celebration of learning and compassion, the Community Outreach Department of the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna, together with the Perpetualite Nation Builders (PNB), launched Binhi ng Kaalaman: A Book Donation Drive 2024—a heartfelt initiative rooted in the belief that knowledge, when shared, transforms lives.

Held from October 21 to November 15, 2024, during the much-anticipated University Week Celebration, this donation drive became a living testimony to the Perpetualitespirit of generosity and social responsibility. Students from various departmentscame together with a single goal: to plant the seeds of learning by donating booksthat will ignite curiosity, nurture dreams, and empower future readers fromunderserved communities.

More than just an act of giving, Binhi ng Kaalamansymbolized a collective movement toward building aneducated and compassionate nation. Every page donatedcarried with it the hope of a brighter tomorrow and thesilent message: You are seen, you are valued, and yourdreams matter.

Through the selfless contributions of student-volunteers,donors, and faculty supporters, hundreds of books werecollected—each one destined to touch lives beyond thecampus walls. This initiative not only fostered a culture ofliteracy and lifelong learning but also highlighted thepowerful impact of unity and service when guided by faithand purpose.
